Meet Our Graduates
Learn more about our incredible graduates and how they have experienced the WSA Graduate Program. We currently have 12 graduates: six from the 2023 batch and six from the 2024 batch.
Pre- and Onboarding Process
We ensure consistent interaction with our final candidates, commencing at contract signing and extending to the beginning of their tenure in the program. To ensure a smooth transition, we arrange a one-week global onboarding session in Denmark. This comprehensive introduction helps graduates connect with one another and provides them with an overview of the program and WSA.
We asked Frederikke Nielsen and Lisasri Aryal, both from the 2024 batch, to share their key takeaways from the onboarding week.
Having a Graduate Buddy
As part of the WSA Graduate Program, each new graduate is paired with a second-year graduate or an alumnus to help them settle into the program and the wider graduate community.
Olivia Casey from the 2024 batch has been paired with John Lafranchise from 2023, and even after just a few months, the buddy system has already proven beneficial.
"Having a buddy like John, who’s already on his second year of the program, made all the difference as I adjusted to both my first full-time role and a new country. He shared insights into the program, practical tips on settling into Danish life, and was a constant support as I found my footing here. His experience and encouragement gave me the confidence to dive into each new challenge with excitement, knowing I had someone to lean on who truly understood the journey I was just beginning."

Life as a WSA Graduate
Graduate Community
We asked Armando Zimone (2023) and Ye Tao (2024) to share what value they find in being part of the WSA Graduate Community, and here’s what they said:
"Being part of the graduate community creates a robust support system that fosters both personal growth and professional development. It's a space where you can connect with like-minded individuals, share knowledge, and gain valuable insights from peers from different industries”
Armando Zimone
Global Business Graduate, 2023
"The graduate community is one of the best parts of the program. You connect with ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds, all at the early stages of their careers. Having a group of people who can relate to your experiences, witness your growth, and share the journey with you, is truly unique!"

From the Graduate Program to First Role
We are proud to highlight the success of our second batch of WSA graduates, Rokas Sutkus, Wutong Xia, and Laurenz Rebesky, who completed the program in August 2024. All three graduates have chosen to continue their careers with WSA.
“The past two years have been a fantastic journey. I’ve met wonderful people, and widened my network, all while working together and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Now, I’m excited to continue in my new role as a Finance Business Partner where I look forward to being challenged, continuing to grow, and making a positive impact on WSA's purpose."
